The ceremony starts at 2. From Downtown Flagstaff, it takes about 25 minutes to drive to the ceremony location. Ubers and Lyfts are available. Plan on showing up around 1:30 if you can.

October in Flagstaff brings crisp, comfortable weather with daytime highs averaging around 70°F and chilly evening lows in the 30°Fs-40°Fs. We are anticipating it to be on the warmer side, but Flagstaff's weather has a mind of its own. Make sure to bring a jacket or a coat! At high elevation, temperatures can drop quickly once the sun goes down.

Ceremony: Large parking lot on site, short walk to the meadow. (~100 ft) Please carpool if you can! Reception: Downtown Flagstaff has parking meters on all the main roads. ($1/hr) There is free parking in the adjacent neighborhood. Rather than leaving cars overnight, we recommend ubering or shoe-buring.

The Ceremony will be held outside. The Reception will be mainly held at an outdoor patio with 3 buildings with indoor seating available. Outdoor dance floor!

Feel free to bring the family, but please note that the Reception is going to be held at a bar/restaurant with minimal activities to accomodate children.

We'd love for everyone to be present with us during the ceremony and off their phones as much as possible. We'll have a photographer and video set up.

Open bar for select cocktails, beer, and wine. This tab will expire at a certain point, so you may want to bring cash or card just in case.
